Ticket Sales and Purchases

a. Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of the event information provided on Tazacker. Tazacker is not liable for any inaccuracies in event descriptions, pricing, or other details.\

b. Attendees purchasing tickets through Tazacker agree to the terms and conditions set forth by the event organizers. Tazacker is not responsible for any issues arising from the event itself.

c. Refund and cancellation policies for events are determined by the event organizers. Tazacker facilitates transactions but is not responsible for refunds or disputes between event organizers and attendees.

Payment Processing

a. Tazacker provides integration with multiple payment methods for ticket purchases. However, Tazacker is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing, including but not limited to transaction failures, security breaches, or unauthorized charges.

b. By using Tazacker's payment processing services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

Intellectual Property

a. All content included on Tazacker, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tazacker or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

b. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from Tazacker without prior written permission.

Limitations

In no event shall Tazacker or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Tazacker's services.
